By accessing or using EnteStore ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

EnteStore is a platform that enables merchants to create online stores, manage products, process orders, and communicate with customers via WhatsApp. Our services include:

• Store creation and customization
• Product catalog management
• Order management and notifications
• Customer relationship management
• Analytics and reporting
• Payment integration (via third-party providers)

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using EnteStore, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with privacy laws
• Not sell prohibited or illegal products
• Maintain proper licenses and permits for your business
• Provide refunds as per your stated policy

5. Prohibited Products

You may not sell or list:

• Illegal products or services
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Adult content or services
• Items that infringe intellectual property rights
• Products that violate platform policies

6. Fees and Payment

• Free Plan: Available with limited features at no cost
• Pro Plan: ₹999/month for premium features
• Transaction Fees: Payment gateway fees apply as per Razorpay/UPI provider rates

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

• EnteStore retains all rights to the platform, branding, and proprietary technology
• You retain ownership of your store content, products, and customer data
• You grant us a license to display and process your content as needed to provide our services

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Experience unexpected downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

EnteStore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any transactions conducted through our platform
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to EnteStore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EnteStore harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination:

• Your store will be deactivated
• You may export your data within 30 days
• Outstanding fees remain payable

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
